"I have a 2003 I bought 1 year old with 17,000 miles on it. It is now 2009, it has almost 129,000, and it shows no signs of stopping. I have had no major repairs with it and I have only done regular oil changes, 1 tranny flush, 1 radiator flush, and 1 tune up in that time. I have spent less than $1,000 in repairs over that time period (primarily in sensors wearing out). It is an incredibly comfortable ride that can get up and go. It has been a wonderfully reliable car. I thought I was a Ford guy prior to buying this but none of my Ford's lasted this long."

"This is my 3rd 300. Have had no problems with any of these cars. The only thing I hate about it is the "check engine" light goes on, you take it to the dealer, spend 50.00+ dollars to find out nothing is wrong, just the "check engine" light. I would buy another one and just may."

"I own this car and i would recommend it to everyone.... its fast comfortbale and the looks make this car a for sure head turner. But be careful because at 70 miles per hour it feels like your going 50 thats why my second day having the car i got a speeding ticket!! Im a valet and after being in a 100 different cars i realized that this is the best car for the money.... inside is spacious, the leather seats are heated and feel like your on a leather couch, everything in the car is controlled by a computer which you can customize to your standards."

"I bought this car in late 2003 as a used vehicle with less than 20k on it. Within the first year, I had to have the CAM sensor replaced twice. No big deal I thought, it was all under warranty. Now it is late 2008, and the warranty is long gone. As of right now, I am pushing the 100k mile mark. I have had to replace the CAM sensor 15+ times since I have owned this car, and it is still acting up. Currently needs replaced now, but I do not want to put the extra money into it.... would rather just trade it in and get something foreign. :-\"

"I bought this car in 2006 for 6300$ thought I got a deal on it. Car ran great before 100,000 but after 100,000 has pretty much just went to heck first the camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor, intake manifold gasket, head gasket.... and more is still going in that direction overall I loved this car before 100,000 miles after that its just bad.,,,"

"From the moment that I first saw this car in the year 2000, I fell in love with it. At that time its price was about $30,000.00. Due to being new to the U. S. M. C. that amount was way above anything that I could afford. It took me a while to finally be able to afford one. I bought my first 2000 Chrysler 300M in June of 2002. Unfortunately due to Mother Nature (Rain and Cold Weather), I ended up totaling the car on Christmas Eve of 2002 on my way to Houston T. X. (with my pregnant wife and daughter of 4 yrs. old) in South Carolina. I did not realize that the car was actually totalled until I got to Houston, T. X. and had the dealership look at it. I had to leave the 300M there and head back to Jacksonville, N. C. About a week after, I received a call and had to make the choice of having them fix a $10,016.00 damage or to have them total it. Unfortunately, I had to give it up. After three years, I finally bought a 2002 Chrysler 300M Special in November of 2005. A much better model and up to this day I continue to be satisfied with it. I wish Chrysler would have never changed the style."

"This car is the best one I have ever owned. It is extremely comfortable. I have always had problems with people riding in the back seat of my other cars, but not this one. Everyone in the front and back is comfortable. My sister has three young kids, and can fit them all (including carseats) in the back. So far, I have not had any major problems. The trunk is huge, so you can actually pack all the things you need to go on vacation. All my famliy and friends love my car, and I would recommend it to any of them. It works great as a famliy car or even just a reliable, yet stylish car for a younger person like me. (Early 20's)"

"I recently purchased a 2004 Chrysler 300M from a local dealer. This vehicle is amazing! There are heated leather seats, multi CD MP3 player, power moon roof, traction control (really nice, it snowed a lot and I just got to test it!!). I couldn't ask for a better car. It's pretty good on gas considering the V6 High Output engine. The autostick is really nice too.. Good for various driving conditions.
I would recommend this car to anyone. I really prefer this body style to the new 300C's."

"Since our purchase in 2004 our Chrysler 300m has been nothing short of fantastic! One of the most classy and comfortable rides anyone could ask for. With its 250HP you get where your going, but packed into a modest V6, you dont have to sacrafice MPG!
Comfortably sitting 5 adults we always have the room for around town travel. And with the spacious trunk, there is plenty of room when we are traveling abroad!
I would highly reccomend the Chrysler 300M to family, friends or anyone who might want to know!"

"I bought my 99 300M a few months ago and was surprised by how much I love the car. Very comfy and lots of power, also very good MPG if you keep your foot out of the firewall. The leather is starting to show it's age, and the dash just cracked where the airbag seperates the dash when deployed. The Chrysler emblems are starting to shed the chrome plating due to the Texas heat. Overall I am very happy with the car even though I paid more than book value because I like the cars so much. If you want a car that has all the comfort, styling, and features of higher priced cars as standard equipment you can't go wrong. I have had NO mechanical issues at all although I am just now approaching 80k miles."

"As soon as the 36,000 mile warrently ran out this car started to have major problems first with the electrical system (power windows and doorlocks) and then the A/C system and then all kinds of sensors started to fail. The labor to repair these defects about 4 times the cost of the parts."

"I had my 300M for nearly ten years, and besides normal wear and tear items like tires, wiper blades, brake pads, the only thing that gave out on it was the center dash speaker due to all those years of sun beating down on it. Other than that, all I put in is gasonline, and MOBIL 1 Synthetic oil every year at State Inspection and oil filter. I had the coolant drained and flushed once, and a new battery put in after 5 yrs.. and that is the extent of maintenance needed.
The car is roomy, comfortable, has great handling and power for such a large car with 6 cylinder engine, and all the features one really can use, especially in winter snow, such as heated seats, traction control, antilock brakes and the fact that the AutoStick 4 Speed Transmission can be started in 3rd or 2nd gear if need be for better ice and snow traction. Just like a Standard Stick shift with clutch.
The trunk is not as large as my LHS was, but this makes up for fold-down rear seats for more room, and the rear passenger seating is cavernous. No legroom shortage front or back.
I will keep this car till there are no more parts for it, and that might be a long long time!
The paint looks factory fresh, and with proper cleaning it is holding up great. The only thing I wish was that they had the features of the Special Edition back in 1999 with the dual exhaust and Xenon headlights. That made this car 'complete'!

"I just bought a 2001 loaded from the original owener, the car is in perfect conditon, the only issue I have is there is a a crack on the dash, which will have to be fixed. To replace the dash would cost around $2100 according to the dealership. Other then that I am very happy with this car."

"I just bought this car after my girlfriend totaled my 2000 Dodge Neon. I paid 6k for it with 56000 original miles. As soon as I started the car I knew there was something very special about it. The previous owner installed a Borla Exhaust system and a K&N Air Filter. This makes the car sound incredible. It puts out 260+ HP and I was getting 31 avg MPG according to the onboard computer during a trip on the highway down to school. The car is in perfect condition and had a clean Carfax report and maintain on the dot. I would highly recommend this car to anyone, it is really comfortable, loaded with options, and handles great."
